Class IV Road Improvements, Otto Merill

The Town of Royalton is seeking bids for the improvement of Otto Merrill, a Class IV Road. The project includes ditching, open bottom culvert and swale installation, and resurfacing to improve drainage and stabilize. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 20th, 2026 at 1p.m. The deadline for bid submission is Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The contractor will be paid within thirty days of the Town's receipt of invoice and completion of work. * The project is divided into eight different work areas, identified as Areas A through H. * The Town intends to award the project to maximize the amount of work completed within the grant budget. * The project must be completed by November 1st, 2026. * The contractor must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with liability and property coverage of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 per aggregate, naming the Town of Royalton as an additional insured. * The contractor must hold the Town of Royalton harmless for claims and damages in the performance of the scope of services described in the bid.
