FY26 A-E IDIQ Arnold AFB

The US Air Force is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for an Architect-Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will be for professional services, including engineering studies, design, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for repair, minor construction, and sustainment restoration and modernization projects at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The estimated maximum dollar ceiling for the contract is $30,000,000. • The contract will involve architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and environmental engineering disciplines. • The Government plans to issue a Synopsis/Request for Qualification (RFQ) that will result in a Single Award (SA) IDIQ task order contract. • The ordering period is anticipated to be a base year plus seven option years from the date of award. • Task orders will typically range between $25,000 and $1,000,000.
