Design Services for 741 &701 Dexter Street

The City of Central Falls is soliciting bids for design services to evaluate the condition of 741 & 701 Dexter Streets. The selected firm will evaluate the present condition of the property, prepare a schematic plan for the proposed uses, prepare a phasing plan to complete the work, and estimate the costs to complete the project. The firm will also prepare an elevation plan for presentation to the public. The scope of work includes removal and storage of existing bus shelters, remedial action plans, demolition, grading of the site, underground electrical work, installation of pervious surfaces, and nature-based stormwater management practices. The firm must have experience in providing similar services to municipal or governmental units within the last five years. • The firm must provide a company profile, including company ownership, location, number of employees, and relevant experience. • The firm must provide resumes for key staff members who will be responsible for the performance of the contract. • The firm must provide a minimum of three references from similar projects performed for local government clients within the last five years. • The firm must demonstrate proven ability to complete required tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner. • The firm must provide a cost proposal and a description of how they will meet the requirements of the RFP.
