Professional Design Implementation Services for Portal Park

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary consulting firm to provide professional design implementation services for the development of Portal Park. The selected consultant will refine the conceptual layout, prepare complete construction documents, obtain required permits, assist with bidding, and provide construction administration services. The project includes the development of a 51.73-acre park with various amenities such as ballfields, walking trails, playgrounds, pavilions, restrooms, and an indoor facility. The consultant will work collaboratively with the Bulloch County Recreation and Parks Department staff to ensure the project is designed in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements. • The project includes the development of a 51.73-acre park with various amenities such as ballfields, walking trails, playgrounds, pavilions, restrooms, and an indoor facility. • The consultant will provide professional design implementation services, including architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services. • The consultant will work collaboratively with the Bulloch County Recreation and Parks Department staff to ensure the project is designed in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements. • The project has multiple phases, including project review and design validation, and construction documents preparation. • The consultant will provide all design services during the 2-Phase period and will assist BCRPD with bidding assistance during procurement of construction services.
