Network Cabling Projects

The Canyons School District is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide and install network cabling for various schools. The contract is expected to commence on April 1, 2026, and will last for one year. The supplier must be properly licensed to conduct business in the State of Utah and meet other eligibility requirements. The proposal should include a minimum of three and a maximum of five references, with an emphasis on similar institutions and E-Rate experience. The supplier will be scored on E-Rate experience and eligibility. Some key points to consider: • The supplier must be an FCC registered service provider and have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). • The supplier must provide evidence of a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) (Form 473). • The supplier must include their USAC issued Service Provider ID Number (SPIN) in their proposal. • The supplier must assess E-rate eligibility for all products/services offered. • The contract may be terminated without cause or suitable notice.
