The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a supplier to deliver 20,000 - 25,000 gallons of #2 Diesel fuel, dyed for off-road use, to the Dredge Goetz fuel barge mid-stream at Upper Mississippi River Mile 472, near Buffalo, IA. The delivery must take place between November 2 and November 5, 2025. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Custom Fuel Services Inc, but other entities are invited to come forward if they can supply the required fuel via mid-stream delivery at the specified location.
