Description
WeGo Public Transit is soliciting Planning, Site Selection, Environmental Review, and Preliminary Engineering services for a new bus Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Facility. The scope of work includes project management and administration, preliminary purpose and need, stakeholder and public engagement, co-development opportunities assessment, site alternatives analysis, NEPA clearance, conceptual engineering, preliminary engineering, service planning, fleet management, and capacity, project delivery summary, financial and funding analysis summary, and additional coordination and support. The successful consultant will provide innovative services to perform the scope of work which will provide a preliminary approach to delivering a new facility to WeGo.
