Security Guard Services

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide security guard services for its Water Services Department. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with no options to extend. The contractor will be required to provide unarmed and armed security guards, as well as field supervisors. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining a 24/7 operations center, dispatch services, and immediate notification capabilities. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed narrative response to a series of questions, including their ability to maintain staffing levels, ensure personnel meet DPS and City background requirements, and provide a quality control program. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing security services at designated facilities • Maintaining a 24/7 operations center and dispatch services • Ensuring all personnel meet DPS and City background requirements • Maintaining staffing levels, including 75% full-time guards and coverage for holidays • Providing a quality control program, including audits and testing of guard proficiency • Providing resumes of field supervisors and project managers demonstrating qualifications and experience
