Description
The Alaska Division of Legislative Audit is seeking a qualified firm to perform an independent audit of the information‑technology general controls and application controls for the state’s Integrated Resource Information System (IRIS) and Alaska Data Enterprise Reporting System (ALDER) for fiscal years 2027 and 2028. The contractor will test design and operating effectiveness of controls, issue Independent Accountant’s Reports on Management Assertions, and provide a Schedule of Findings with recommendations. Work will be performed primarily on‑site in Juneau with a minimum of 55 % of effort on‑site, and will include entrance, bi‑weekly, and exit conferences with state officials. The contract runs until approximately 30 June 2028, with a possible three‑year extension.
