On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation System (OSG) at Kamole Water Treatment Plant

The County of Maui is seeking bids for the installation of an On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation System (OSG) at the Kamole Water Treatment Plant. The project involves the design, supply, and installation of the OSG system, which will generate sodium hypochlorite for water disinfection. The system should be able to produce a minimum of 1000 pounds per day of sodium hypochlorite. The scope of work includes all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for the installation of the OSG system. • The system should be designed to meet the current and future water treatment needs of the plant. • The system should be able to integrate with the existing water treatment process. • The system should be able to produce sodium hypochlorite at a concentration of 10-15%. • The system should be able to operate continuously for at least 20 hours per day. • The system should be designed to meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
