Description
The City of Myrtle Beach is soliciting proposals to provide full‑service youth sports photography for its Youth Sports Program. The contractor must supply all equipment, supplies, labor, supervision, transportation, and deliver finished photographic products. No bonding is required.
• Provide photographic coverage for every youth sports event throughout the season.
• Supply all necessary cameras, lighting, backup equipment, and transportation.
• Perform on‑site shooting, post‑processing, and deliver digital image files to the city.
• Manage scheduling and coordination with city officials and athletic staff.
• Include all costs in a single fixed‑price proposal.
