Athletic Equipment, Supplies and Services

The Georgetown Independent School District is seeking bids for athletic equipment, supplies, and services. The solicitation includes products such as powerlifting supplies, weightlifting equipment, and fitness equipment like weights and treadmills. The district will make awards to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. The scope of work includes providing athletic equipment and supplies for PreK-12th grade levels. • The solicitation does not include cheer, dance, and drill team uniforms and accessories. • It does include endzone and sideline instant replay camera/video systems for filming and capturing clips for football. • The district's Technology Department must approve all technology-related purchases. • The solicitation does not include consultation services or nursing supplies. • Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response.
