Promenade Park Stewardship IRSC

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor for the Promenade Park Stewardship IRSC project, which aims to improve health and resiliency across the landscape in post-fire stands within recent wildfire footprints. The project involves cutting, skidding, and decking included timber, removal of included timber, road maintenance, and road reconstruction work. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals to complete the project as required by the contract, plans, and specifications. • The project is located on the Lassen National Forest on the Almanor Ranger District in Tehama County, California. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal that includes a work activity plan, method, equipment, key personnel, and timing. • The contractor must also provide past performance information and describe how they will recruit and utilize local labor and purchase materials and supplies within local communities.
