Nextivity SHIELD MegaFI 2 HPUE Mobile Routers

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of State Police is seeking a vendor to provide professional installation services for Nextivity SHIELD MegaFI 2 HPUE mobile routers in Department-owned vehicles. The vendor will be responsible for installing the devices in various vehicle types, including police vehicles, emergency scene trucks, and UTVs. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a duration of 6 months. The vendor must have experience installing mobile communications equipment in law enforcement or emergency response vehicles and must be able to perform work within New Hampshire or at designated Department facilities. • The vendor will provide turnkey installation services for 54 Nextivity SHIELD MegaFI 2 HPUE mobile routers. • The vendor will perform installations in accordance with manufacturer installation guidelines, vehicle manufacturer standards, and public safety and law enforcement best practices. • The vendor will coordinate installation scheduling with Department personnel and ensure all installations are safe, secure, and professional in appearance. • The vendor will provide all necessary labor, tools, and incidental materials required for installation (excluding the MegaFi devices themselves).
