Appspace Education Cloud Subscription for Trident Technical College (TTC) 2026

Trident Technical College is issuing a solicitation for a single‑provider agreement to supply the Appspace Education Cloud subscription for its campus. The contract will cover the 2020 (likely a typo for 2026) subscription period, with all proposals due by mid‑August. The college seeks a vendor that can deliver a cloud‑based educational platform, manage licensing, and provide ongoing support. This is a straightforward procurement focused on a specific software solution rather than a broad services contract. • One‑vendor, sole‑source solicitation for Appspace Education Cloud • Deadline for bid submission: August 12, 2026, 2:00 PM • Primary contact: Carlene Peters (procurement office) • No pre‑bid meeting, site visits, or Q&A deadline noted • Intended to secure a single‑year subscription (duration implied)
