The State of Tennessee is seeking a statewide source‑of‑supply contract to provide comprehensive cellular telecommunications services, mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, IoT hardware, accessories), and integrated business‑solution services for all state agencies, local governments, and eligible higher‑education entities. The contract will cover device procurement, unlimited voice/data plans, public‑safety priority services, device‑lifecycle management, 24/7 technical support, and integration with the State’s IT Service Management platform. The award will be negotiated with qualified respondents and will run for three years with optional extensions. • Provide 4G/5G voice, data, and SMS services with nationwide coverage, WPS for public‑safety users, and unlimited data plans. • Supply, configure, and manage smartphones, tablets, iPads, hotspots, routers, signal boosters, and accessories with no‑cost replacements and secure disposal. • Deliver integrated business solutions such as device tracking, fleet management, analytics, and professional services, all accessible through the State’s ITSM portal.
