Sources Sought: Operations, Maintenance, and Defense of Army Communications - Southwest Asia (OMDAC-SWA)

This Sources Sought/RFI seeks qualified firms to provide 24/7/365 operations, maintenance, repair, and defensive sustainment of Army communications equipment and network infrastructure across five OCONUS countries (Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Qatar, Jordan). The effort includes management, personnel, travel, vehicles, training, and all necessary equipment (excluding Government‑Furnished Property). Key technical areas cover cyber‑center systems, Network Operations Centers, satellite transmission facilities, inside/outside plant fiber‑optic/copper networks, and auxiliary power/HVAC for strategic communication sites. The Government will evaluate market capability, especially the ability to field a fully TS/SCI‑cleared workforce, obtain host‑nation legal authorizations, and meet DoD technical certification requirements.
