Tyler ERP Migration Implementation Support and Advisory Services

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide independent advisory and oversight services for the Phase 2 Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation of its Tyler ERP migration. The consultant will act as an external “project health” assessor, help manage vendor accountability, support data conversion, testing, payroll validation, and go‑live readiness, and may provide a one‑year optional post‑implementation support period.
