The El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a comprehensive inventory of fire‑hydrant repair parts for its water‑distribution system. All parts must be new, current‑production, NSF‑61 approved, and compatible with the district’s listed hydrant models. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder; quantities are estimates and may be adjusted before award. Bids must be submitted by the deadline, and the vendor must meet a November 15, 2026 delivery/invoicing deadline.
• Provide kits and components (dry‑barrel, extension, valve‑plate, bonnet, safety‑flange, etc.) for Mueller and Clow hydrant models.
• Prices must be all‑inclusive (shipping, handling) before the District adds 8.25 % sales tax.
