7320--MWV Commercial Dishwasher & Soil break down system RFQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a commercial dishwasher and soil break down system for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The system must be capable of handling 800 meals per day and meet existing facility infrastructure requirements. The vendor will be responsible for the purchase, installation, training, and assembly of the new equipment, as well as the deinstallation of the existing equipment. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the vendor must provide a qualified OEM authorized solution. The evaluation factors will include technical, past performance, and price. • The system must include a heavy-duty stainless steel commercial dishwasher, a soiled breakdown system, and a waste collector system. • The vendor must provide a RFQ response solution that meets the VA SOW requirement. • The vendor must provide product brochure, cut sheet, spec sheets, user manual, maintenance requirements, life expectancy warranty, and rough in drawings with RFQ response. • The vendor must provide a qualified OEM implementation plan and training plan. • The vendor must provide estimated installation date and meet POP install requirements.
