CALST / Systemwide Gift Cards

The California State University system is seeking qualified vendors to supply both physical and digital gift cards across a broad range of merchant categories for use by all CSU campuses and authorized locations. The contract will require the vendor to maintain a diverse catalog, support bulk and recurring orders, provide shipment and order‑status tracking, ensure fraud‑prevention measures, offer expedited delivery options, and deliver detailed invoicing for each transaction. Vendors must also provide customer support during standard business hours (9 am–5 pm PT). • Provide access to a wide catalog of gift cards (retail, grocery, restaurants, fuel, entertainment, travel, prepaid). • Support one‑time, recurring, and scheduled bulk orders with real‑time tracking and rush capabilities. • Implement robust fraud‑prevention, data protection, and detailed invoicing requirements.
