The Citadel is seeking a comprehensive, secure, and integrated payment‑processing ecosystem that combines credit‑card processing, a campus “One‑Card” declining‑balance system, point‑of‑sale hardware/software, and e‑commerce portals—all tightly integrated with Ellucian Banner ERP. The contract includes design, implementation, data conversion, training, 24/7 support, and ongoing maintenance for up to seven years, with optional one‑year renewals. • Full‑service payment processing (card‑present, card‑not‑present, ACH, 529, recurring, refunds, chargebacks) with PCI‑DSS compliance. • Campus‑wide One‑Card solution (ID, meal plans, prepaid balances, mobile/virtual credentials) integrated in real‑time with Banner. • POS hardware, software, and e‑commerce platforms for dining, retail, and departmental transactions, plus reporting, settlement, and reconciliation tools. • Required experience: prior implementation of enterprise payment systems in higher‑education, proven Ellucian Banner integration, and at least three college references. • Deliverables include project management, system configuration, data migration, user‑acceptance testing, training, and 24/7/365 support with defined SLAs.
