MF/UF Membrane Piloting Unit Rental

The City of Douglas is soliciting proposals for the provision of a MF/UF membrane piloting unit for the City's Water Treatment Plant. The unit will be used to assess pilot scale capabilities for implementation within the existing plant. The piloting unit must have certain processes, including full size pressured ceramic filtration modules, and the ability to be operated by the City. The selected vendor will be required to provide delivery of the equipment, onsite start-up and training services, technical support, and a finalized report detailing piloting operations. • The piloting unit must include full size pressured ceramic filtration modules. • The pilot skid must include space for a minimum of 1 module, but alternatives to include multiple modules will be evaluated. • The unit must have the ability to be operated by the City through a connection to the selected pre-treatment pilot unit. • The unit must have the ability to collect continuous operational data locally and remotely.
