Spring Fling 2026 – Carnival Equipment

The State of Georgia is seeking a qualified special events vendor to provide a turnkey Carnival Equipment for Savannah State University’s Spring Fling 2026. The contractor shall provide equipment, staffing, setup, operation, supervision, and teardown for a safe and engaging foam party environment for a college-age audience. The event is expected to last for at least three hours, with the option to extend. The contractor must meet all delivery requirements, provide required safety signage, and ensure that all inflatables are properly anchored. The contractor must also provide trained ride operators and attendants for each attraction and designate an on-site supervisor/manager with full decision-making authority. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing carnival rides, inflatables, or portable skating rinks for large-scale public events. • The contractor must have successfully supported at least two events of comparable size within the past three years. • The contractor must provide current inspection certificates for each ride/attraction. • The contractor must deliver and complete setup of all attractions no later than three hours prior to event start time. • The contractor must provide continuous staffing and operation for the full contracted event duration. • The contractor must remove all equipment immediately following the event without damage to campus grounds or facilities.
