Forensic Psychologist Services

The State of Wyoming, Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, Wyoming State Hospital is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide forensic evaluations for patients. The scope of work includes Competency evaluations, Mental Status at the Time of Offense evaluations, and risk assessments. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The proposer will be compensated a flat rate fee for evaluations, and reimbursement for travel expenses and court testimony. • The proposer must be licensed as a psychologist in the State of Wyoming. • The proposer must have commercial general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and automobile liability insurance. • The proposer must provide competency and mental status at the time of offense evaluations, risk assessments, and court testimony as assigned. • The proposer must submit a technical proposal, including a table of contents, executive summary, proposer's background and experience, resumes, and references.
