Confined Space Rescue Training

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to provide Confined Space Rescue Training, including Rope Rescue Operational & Awareness Training and Confined Space Search & Rescue Technician Training. The training will be provided to up to 20 students and will include both classroom instruction and practical, hands-on exercises. The contractor must have an active agreement with a ProBoard Accredited agency to issue certifications under this contract. The government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order to the eligible and responsible offeror on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. • The training will be provided at Naval Station Newport FD (NAVSTA FD) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as Attachment #1 to this notice. • The contractor must meet the requirements outlined by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) training. • The contractor must provide proof of an active agreement with a ProBoard Accredited agency that will issue the certifications under this contract. • The government will consider past performance information, where negative information within SPRS may render the quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
