Burden Sharing SAF/IA

The U.S. Air Force’s Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs is seeking a small‑business firm to produce a professional, concise, visually compelling training and communication video that explains the Department of the Air Force’s Burden Sharing initiative. The contractor must manage the entire video production lifecycle, including concept development, storyboard and script creation, 2‑D and 3‑D animation, motion graphics, narration, audio production, editing, post‑production, captioning, and final delivery. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis and is set aside for total small‑business participation.
