Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services – City of Waldo Water/Wastewater Improvement Project

The City of Waldo is seeking qualified engineering firms or individual engineers to develop design and engineering services for a water and wastewater improvement project that will be funded, in part, by an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program grant. The selection will be based on experience, technical competence, capacity, and familiarity with the local area. Respondents must obtain the RFQ package, prepare three paper copies and one digital copy, and submit them by the deadline. • Scope: engineering design and related consulting for water/wastewater infrastructure improvements. • Evaluation criteria: specialized experience, technical competence, past performance, capacity, and proximity to project area. • Submission requirements: RFQ package, three hard‑copy copies, one electronic copy, all mailed/hand‑delivered to the contact listed.
