The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for a superseding lease at 1208 Pointe Centre Drive, Chattanooga, TN. The lease term is for 10 years, with 5 years firm and 5 years non-firm. The leased space shall be in an area bordered by I-75, Brainerd Rd, East Brainerd Rd, and Spring Creek Rd.
