Boiler Plant Safety Devices Testing

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide testing of boiler plant safety devices and interlocks for three high-pressure steam boilers and associated condensate and make-up water systems at the White City VA Rehabilitation Center and Clinics. The contractor will be required to provide a test report for all items after testing is complete. The contract period is for one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor must have experience testing boiler plant safety devices and interlocks for high-pressure steam boilers. • The contractor must have a qualified boiler operator licensed boiler service technician employed by a licensed and bonded boiler/burner service company with at least 5 years of experience. • The contractor must provide a list and contact numbers for VA facilities where testing took place. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a test report for all items after testing is complete.
