457 Fiduciary Consulting Services

The Yakima County Human Resources Department is seeking proposals from 457 fiduciary consulting firms to provide services including creating and maintaining an investment policy, plan performance reporting and investment monitoring, overall portfolio analysis and recommendations, cost analysis and benchmarking, and fiduciary committee education and assistance. The initial contract term will be for three years with the ability to extend for two additional years. • The scope of work includes creating a Deferred Compensation Committee and providing education and guidance to the committee. • The consultant will provide investment services for the Yakima County 457 Deferred Compensation Plans. • The consultant will work with the Deferred Compensation Committee and the Benefits Manager to provide objective and independent advice. • The selection process is open to those offerors who meet the qualifications described in the RFP.
