Description
The State of Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cable television programming services for Robinson Correctional Center. The contractor must supply, install, and maintain all equipment needed to deliver cable/satellite TV to approximately 600 inmate units per month, providing a full channel lineup (including news, entertainment, and two programmable in‑house channels) and ensuring rapid service response times. The contract is a fixed‑price, five‑year agreement with possible extensions, and the vendor must handle all labor, parts, training, and equipment upgrades required to maintain a constant signal throughout the facility.
• Provide equipment, wiring, and signal distribution for ~7,200 service units per contract year.
