On-Call Telecom/Outside Plant Engineering Services

The City of Sherwood seeks an on‑call outside plant (OSP) engineering firm to provide engineering, permitting, utility coordination, documentation, and GIS support for its fiber‑optic network. The consultant will augment city staff, responding to task orders for maintenance, emergency outages, and occasional larger expansion projects. Work is expected to be light (≈10 hours per month) with potential spikes for new service extensions.
