On-Call Architectural Services

The Town of Mansfield is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide on-call architectural services. The selected firm will provide comprehensive architectural services, including repair, modification, and new site, civil, structural, and geotechnical services, for the preparation and support of complete construction drawings, specifications, estimates, contract administration, project inspection, and planning services. The firm must have sufficient staff to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete assigned tasks within ten days of notification from the Town. The contract term will be for two years with two successive one-year renewal periods, and all pricing quoted shall remain fixed for a period of two years from the date of the contract signing.
