Rock River Rapids Concessionaire

The City of Derby is seeking a concessionaire to provide food and beverage services at Rock River Rapids, a water park in Derby, Kansas. The concessionaire will be responsible for operating the concession stands during the summer months, providing high-quality food and beverages to park patrons. The City is looking for a proposer who can provide a comprehensive proposal that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP, including experience, quality, price, and turnaround time. The proposal should include a statement of the proposer's background, experience, and understanding of the services required, as well as a description of the proposer's present and projected workload, staffing, and ability to provide prompt, quality services at competitive rates. The City reserves the right to select the proposal that best meets its needs and budget constraints. • The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining a full-service concession operation during the summer months. • The concessionaire will be required to provide high-quality food and beverages to park patrons. • The concessionaire will be responsible for cleaning all service areas inside and outside the concession facility. • The concessionaire will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local statutes, laws, and ordinances. • The concessionaire will be responsible for ensuring that all sales transactions are processed through an approved point of sale system.
