Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical industry costs for utility pole line reconstruction (approximately $150‑$300 per linear foot for materials, labor, and equipment), an 8,100‑ft project would likely range from about $1.2 million to $2.4 million. Accounting for additional federal compliance costs, bonds, insurance, and contingencies, a reasonable estimate is $1 million – $3 million.
