2026 AMIE bronze level membership and 2026 AMIE Annual Conference Sponsorship

The American Institute of Engineering (AMIE) is seeking a sponsor for its 2026 bronze‑level membership and annual conference. The contractor will support NASA’s MUREP initiatives to broaden participation of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in STEM aerospace fields. Responsibilities include compliance with Executive Order 14283, development of workforce pipelines, scholarships, internships, and facilitating connections between HBCUs, NASA, and industry. The effort spans one year (Sept 1 2026 – Sept 1 2027) and is performed primarily from AMIE’s Baltimore headquarters, with virtual and distributed events. • Provide sponsorship funds and membership benefits for the 2026 AMIE conference. • Implement workforce development programs targeting engineering and computer‑science students at HBCUs. • Offer scholarships, internship placement, and technical advisory support. • Facilitate networking and partnership building between HBCU administrators, NASA, and corporate partners. • Assist HBCUs in understanding federal contracting and capability‑statement preparation.
