Employee Assistance Program for Lincoln-Lancaster County Human Resources

The City of Lincoln and Lancaster County, Nebraska Human Resources Department is seeking a third-party administrator for its Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The successful contractor will provide a comprehensive EAP, including on-site and online training, counseling, work-life consultation, and crisis response support for employees and their family members. The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing similar services and be a member of the National Behavioral Consortium. Key responsibilities include providing employee orientation programs, personalized training, conflict resolution services, and ongoing consultation services. The contractor will also be required to provide semi-annual and annual reports on usage. • The contract term is for 3 years with the option to renew for an additional 3 years. • The contractor must have employees who are credentialed, such as LMHPs. • The contractor must provide a 24/7 helpline and online access to services. • The contractor must provide marketing materials for the Owner to distribute to employees and their families. • The contractor must be able to work with all Owner departments and divisions to provide effective and efficient services.
