Description
The City of Two Harbors is seeking bids for a comprehensive utility and site development project that includes the installation of water and sanitary sewer pipelines, pressure‑reducing valve stations, fire hydrants, gate valves, trenchless construction, clearing, grubbing, and related sitework. The scope covers both new water main construction (PVC 6‑12″) and sanitary sewer installation (PVC 8″) along with associated structures such as manholes, valve boxes, and a pressure‑reducing valve station. Work also includes aggregate base placement, bituminous surfacing, tree cutting, erosion control, and final paving of the site. The project is subject to prevailing wage rates, DBE goals, and a Project Labor Agreement.
• Install approximately 5,000 LF of water and 3,000 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, including valve stations and fire hydrants.
• Perform extensive clearing, grubbing, tree cutting, and site grading over roughly 3.6 acres.
• Provide associated infrastructure (manholes, valve boxes, pressure‑reducing stations) and finish with bituminous paving and erosion control.
