The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 12, is seeking quotations for hospital-grade mobile shower commode chairs to replace the aging polyvinyl chloride (PVC) shower/hygiene chairs currently used in inpatient units and the community living center. The required products include Tango Shower-toilet chairs, Tango XL Shower-toilet chairs, plastic PVC bedpans with lids, and spacers. The chairs must meet specific salient characteristics, such as a stainless steel frame, closed cell foam padding, and removable seat pans. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the delivery of assembled chairs.
