Camera System Upgrade - Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution - Dept. of Corrections

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, is seeking proposals for the Camera System Upgrade at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution. The project includes replacing legacy and coaxial-based cameras with new IP-based Axis cameras, installing new cameras at client-specified locations, extending existing conduit infrastructure, and upgrading network infrastructure. The proposer must have experience in similar projects and must comply with the State's policies and procedures. The contract period is expected to commence on or about March 16, 2026, and end February 2027. • The project requires the replacement of 15 perimeter cameras and the installation and upgrade of 45 cameras to Axis digital cameras inside the prison. • The proposer must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference on December 4, 2025. • The proposer must submit a proposal that includes a pricing schedule, a description of the firm's approach and philosophy, and information about the firm's experience and qualifications. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the State, considering factors such as price, experience, and qualifications.
