General Architectural Services for Existing Buildings, Facilities, Other Amenities and Proposed Construction Projects

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide general architectural services for existing buildings, facilities, and proposed construction projects. The selected firm will be required to provide professional services on an as-needed basis, including preparing architectural designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for renovations, alterations, and additions to existing buildings and facilities. The contract will be for a two-year term with an option for a two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. • The firm will be responsible for providing professional architectural services, including design, planning, and project management. • The firm will be required to work on a variety of projects, including renovations, alterations, and additions to existing buildings and facilities. • The firm will be expected to provide high-quality services, including timely and responsive communication, and to meet the city's standards for quality and professionalism. • The firm will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and city policies. • The firm will be expected to provide a statement of qualifications, including information about their experience, qualifications, and approach to the project.
