Rebid: Arbor Services - Term Contract

The Louisiana State University is seeking bids to provide a variety of tree services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required to produce a completed project that follows the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A300 tree standards. Services included under this contract will be tree removal, maintenance and corrective tree pruning, stump grinding, debris removal, ball moss treatment application, lightning protection, and chemical spray applications. The supplier must possess and maintain the required licenses and accreditations, including an arborist license from the State of Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Accreditation, and LDAF Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification. • The contract period is from 8/1/2026 to 6/30/2027, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional 12-month periods. • The supplier must provide all necessary services to administer the Arbor Services in accordance with all applicable State, University, and Federal laws, regulations, and requirements. • The supplier must ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all tasks assigned under this contract. • The supplier must provide sufficient equipment to remove debris from the work site within 12 hours of completion of work.
