Request for Proposals to Operate Horseshoe Bend Marina within Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area

The National Park Service is seeking a vendor to operate the Horseshoe Bend Marina within Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. The marina offers food and beverage services, retail sales, boat slip rental, recreational watercraft rental, and catering for marina events. The vendor will be responsible for paying utilities, maintaining the marina and associated facilities, and providing a minimum operating season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employee conduct, rates, and liabilities.
