The Air Force is establishing a five‑year sole‑source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Pickering Interfaces, Inc. for repair, troubleshooting, and calibration of Vehicle Data Acquisition and Tracking System (VDATS) component parts. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, parts, and transportation needed to repair or calibrate serialized government‑furnished hardware, adhering to OEM specifications and a 90‑day warranty. The BPA has a total ceiling of $350,000, with individual task orders not exceeding that amount. The award will be made to the sole OEM source, but all qualified vendors may submit quotations demonstrating OEM authorization and capability to meet the technical requirements.
