The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a single‑award, five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide conference‑room video‑tele‑conference (VTC) equipment, installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and ongoing support for the Austin Information and Technology Center (AITC). The contractor will be responsible for sourcing Crestron, Planar, Panasonic, and related AV hardware; delivering full‑service installation; conducting semi‑annual preventive maintenance; responding to routine and emergency service calls; and supplying documentation, warranty, and help‑desk support. The BPA is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses, with individual task orders up to $300 K and a total ceiling of $700 K. Key points include:
