Leave of Absence Services

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Leave of Absence Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for administering Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Short-Term Disability (STD) leave benefits to City employees. The scope of work includes providing fair and consistent administration of FMLA, tracking and reporting leave usage, and managing STD claims. The vendor will also be required to provide web-based claim access, data integration, and outcomes reporting. The City is looking for a vendor with expertise in employment laws and compliance, experience in managing leaves of absence, and technical and analytical skills. • Ability to handle paid and unpaid leaves of absence • Expertise in Employment Laws and Compliance • Experience and Credentials in managing leaves of absence • Technical and Analytical Skills, including technology proficiency and data management • Functional Capabilities, including end-to-end case management and customization • Preferred Qualifications, including scalability, integration, and proactive reporting
