Lease - Alaska - Kenai Outstation (Medical)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to lease clinical space in or near Kenai/Soldotna, Alaska, for use as a "Vet Center Outstation". The lease term will be up to 20 years, with termination rights after 5 years. The required space is approximately 2,107 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet, with a maximum of 2,987 rentable square feet. The building must meet all current Federal, State, and local codes and regulations, including accessibility and security guidelines. • The building must be fully accessible and meet all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. • The building must comply with the Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria for New Federal Office Buildings and Major Modernization Projects. • A minimum of 20 parking spaces are required. • The building must meet all current Federal, State, and local codes and regulations, including fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection.
