REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CLARK COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION PROJECTS

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking professional services for various projects, including civil engineering, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, material testing, quality assurance, geotechnical engineering, verification survey, owner representation, and staff augmentation. The selected consultants will be pre-qualified for a term of 2 years with a one-year option. The department is looking for consultants to provide expertise in a range of professional services, and interested firms can submit their qualifications for one or more categories. The project list will evolve within the term limit, and there is no defined list of projects available for this SOQ. • The department is looking for consultants with experience in airport-related projects. • The selected consultants will be required to provide technical design services, including construction contract packages. • The department is committed to promoting and encouraging participation of small, minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged businesses in the procurement process. • The consultants will be required to submit information concerning S/M/W/DBE participation and make good faith efforts to work with the department to fulfill the joint commitment to these business enterprises.
