On-Call Services for Onsite Physical Therapy for Airport Fire and Rescue

The Port of Portland is seeking a qualified provider to deliver on‑call, on‑site physical therapy services for the airport fire and rescue (ARFF) personnel. The work includes staffing two Oregon‑licensed DPTs weekly, providing clinical coverage, functional movement screening for 46 firefighters, a 24/7 concierge consultation service, pre‑habilitation program development, strength and conditioning program design, equipment evaluation, priority off‑duty therapy, and quarterly reporting.
